My most favorite book is On Impact, written by Sir Ronald Cohen, who is the leader of impact investing in the world. He says, “All of us – business leaders, employees, pension savers, investors, entrepreneurs, governments, philanthropists, consumers, citizens – will place impact at the core of our decisions and actions, to create a world that works. A world of sustainable shared prosperity, and of social and environmental progress.” I quite agree with his statement. The form of capitalism will be changed in 10-20 years, given not only the wide-spreading SDGs among the business sector, but by the paradigm shift of people that we can be happy and healthy life only with the economic growth.https://www.onimpactnow.org/

I am Masataka Uo, a social entrepreneur to promote giving and impact investing around the world.

I met more than 2,000 social entrepreneurs, impact investors and philanthropists around the world over the last 10 years, and realized that knowing and sharing inspiring best stories is truly impactful.

I set up this blog, because :

• I want to share inspiring stories which may encourage people who want to make an impact in their life.
• I want to connect people in the world who love to share best stories for creating impact in our society.
